We are made up of five directors, staffs and the manager. Registered with the corporate affairs commission (cac) of the federal republic of Nigeria under the company allied matters decree of 1990, Emmy structural builders and designers (Esbad) Nig. Ltd is made up of well experienced builders and designers of diverse kinds of structures and construction work... all with a specific goal of offering the utmost services to those who call for our help.



The building and construction company started 5 years ago, and since then we have executed many projects to Nigerians at costs that almost seems as “nothing” and with the quality of job that’s nothing less than admiring! We commenced operation with five well-trained members’ staff, with architect Emmanuel O. Amedu as the owner and managing director of the set up. The company started with these members, most of whom were strong and energized young people, after a strict negotiation was made, proper screening exercise conducted and a written agreement entered into with the boss and members, board of directors. In order to make sure you are sure of the services we are out to render you, we go into another sets of trainings for these staffs after the enrolment.

Our vision for your home

DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION:
Considering and agreeing with the fact that effective leadership is the only bane for
free and just societies, poverty alleviation and youth development through literacy
advancement at all levels of human life, calls for a joint efforts to fight against vices that
can deter the attainment of that virtue especially for the purpose of achieving the core
focus of this project. The core focus of this work being youth integral development can
only be actualized if the following key areas of our discussion are revisited, explored
and implemented:
• Youth exposure to education and role modeling through a variety of contexts,
• mentoring activities and events designed to establish strong relationships
between youth and leaders in authority,
• exposing these young ones to training in skills such as self-advocacy, peace
building and conflict resolutions,
• and alerting leaders on strengthening leadership and youth development
programs, creating opportunities that make youth acquire and show leadership skills,
build self esteem and involve in all community development services for poverty
alleviation etc.
In concluding this discussion, it is pivotal and essential to call on all stakeholders
and advocates in the struggle to join hands with us. By this we meant civil leaders, NGO
executives, directors of corporations/organizations, religious leaders, social workers,
chief executive officers of businesses, heads of academic and health institutions and
youth leaders in Africa and beyond. Let’s unite in this cause, let’s be in solidarity for
better societies, where effective leadership is strengthened, its principles entrenched
through education, awareness and good governance for integral development of
young people.

Emmy structural Builders and Designers (ESBAD) is a Nigerian based all types building, designing and constructing establishment situated in Jos, the plateau state capital and specializes in any kind of architectural work that you may imagine from the imagination world. We use the Internet search engines to import the latest design of architectural structures existing elsewhere and interpret it on land for the Nigerian folks at a cost so cheap and friendly than when it would mean traveling abroad for feasibility outing.

We have so far built and carried out lots of projects in buildings that are in completed and uncompleted forms and many sketch or project plans work have also been executed for hundred of clients across the country.

However, with our new vision for Internet accessibility, we shall be compliant in our special area and aim to go beyond Nigeria and Africa, to the world over doing jobs for folks. In other words, with our legal status form the CAC Nigeria; of course we have the mandate to initiate and complete homes designing and building contracts of all sorts anywhere in the universe and to do business with our counterparts around the world.

Good to know that, the company is specialized in building all manner of houses, construction of bridges, canals, designing of diverse kinds and has a huge interest in business of buying and selling of modern building materials and architectural tools and equipments.

It is also of ESBAD Nig. Ltd’s demands to train as many people as possible who are interested in the profession to become self-employed and empowered with knowledge that can help create lots of jobs, with nothing to pay for this assistance.

This is part of our job creation initiative for poverty alleviation for African youths.

1. DEFINITION OF KEY WORDS
Leadership to diverse folks means and carries distinct logos. In simple terms, leadership is
an act of leading that entails an individual working in a group of others to motivate,
engage, influence and enable them to put in toward growth, development and
success of the set up’s internal and external policies and projects. It becomes effective
when it is promise keeping, problems solving, people oriented, formidable and led by
example. This also mean good governance… i.e., it must entails the right and just use of
power to create atmosphere of peace, freedom, unity and trust that makes all feel
desiring to contribute to lasting growth and sustainable development.
Youth integral development on the other hand is a process that prepares young
people mentally, intellectually, morally, physically and spiritually to meet the challenges
of adolescence and adulthood through a well instituted series of programs and training
that help them gain competencies, technical knowledge, confidence and skills.
Literacy in context of this project is more than just being able to read and write, to
meaning a critical learning and research processes that expose persons to a wide
range of knowledge and wisdom, which makes them find strength to cope, triumph
over ignorance, build moral and spiritual values, have tolerance and respect for each
other, get the power to live healthier and develop skills, ideas and potentialities that
can be channeled toward the common good of all human persons and the society.
Poverty alleviation is a means through which a burden of material deprivation,
powerlessness, alienation, lack of choice and freedom, pain and hunger, dependence,
vulnerability, insecurity and complete ignorance and illiteracy state is lifted from the
poor and marginalized persons in the society.
